Pre-tender / pre-contract submissions and documentation.
Responsible for tender preparation and submission, spirit of a fighter to be winner in the bidding.
Attend if necessary, chair meetings with the client, consultant, QS, architect, supplier and sub-contractor.
Budget control, preparation of progress claims, VO, VE and additional works quotation, finalisation of accounts for Clients as well as contractors.
To build up a strong and diverse database of trade contractors and suppliers and to maintain a healthy rewarding relationship with them.
Source and identify potential sub-contractor / supplier based on project requirement.
Preserving strict confidentiality pertaining to the details of all prospective, ongoing and completed projects of the Company, especially regarding margins and tendered rates.
Requirements
A recognised qualification in any field with at least 2 years working experience in Interior Quantity Surveying.

Job Responsibilities / What you'll be doing
Responsible to verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractor, workers and etc., inclusive project claims and expenses within the budget.
Execution and monitoring off all regular purchasing duties.
In charge of full spectrum of the procurement process (sourcing, price negotiations, processing of Purchase Order & Delivery).
Tracking, follow up, and shipment coordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to site.
Ensure every progress claim, certifications, invoices to suppliers are issued on timely basis.
Source, negotiate and co-ordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors for further cost saving.
Continuously sourcing for new suppliers, contractors, vendors for the better term and services.
Building up library rates and ensuring proper documentation of the Department’s.
