Contract / Commercial / Quantity Surveyor - Senior & Junior

Job Responsibilities / What you'll be doing?
  • You’ll be responsible for the financial aspects of fast track Interior Fit-Out Project, working closely with commercial lead, Procurement Manager, Project Manager, clients and consultants.
  • Pre-tender / pre-contract submissions and documentation.
  • Responsible for tender preparation and submission, spirit of a fighter to be winner in the bidding.
  • Attend if necessary, chair meetings with the client, consultant, QS, architect, supplier and sub-contractor.
  • Budget control, preparation of progress claims, VO, VE and additional works quotation, finalisation of accounts for Clients as well as contractors.
  • To build up a strong and diverse database of trade contractors and suppliers and to maintain a healthy rewarding relationship with them.
  • Source and identify potential sub-contractor / supplier based on project requirement.
  • Preserving strict confidentiality pertaining to the details of all prospective, ongoing and completed projects of the Company, especially regarding margins and tendered rates.

Requirements

    • A recognised qualification in any field with at least 2 years working experience in Interior Quantity Surveying.

Procurement Executive (Senior & Junior)

Job Responsibilities / What you'll be doing
  • Responsible to verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractor, workers and etc., inclusive project claims and expenses within the budget.
  • Execution and monitoring off all regular purchasing duties.
  • In charge of full spectrum of the procurement process (sourcing, price negotiations, processing of Purchase Order & Delivery).
  • Tracking, follow up, and shipment coordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to site.
  • Ensure every progress claim, certifications, invoices to suppliers are issued on timely basis.
  • Source, negotiate and co-ordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors for further cost saving.
  • Continuously sourcing for new suppliers, contractors, vendors for the better term and services.
  • Building up library rates and ensuring proper documentation of the Department’s.
  • Nurtures relationships with supplier to negotiate the best process for company.
  • Provide closing account and actual costing.
  • Sound knowledge and working experience in interior fit out materials will be added advantage.
  • Ability to work under tight schedules and possess team working spirit.

Account Assistant (Chinese Speaking)

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform accounting duties operations such as payment and receipt.
  • Responsible for account transactions including creditor and debtor accounts; Prepare payment voucher and issuance of cheques.
  • Assist in account monthly closing.
  • Perform day-to-day general administrative tasks including filing, keeping records, and assuring accurate document filing.
  • Handle incoming calls.
  • To carry out any ad hoc tasks given by superior/ Directors of the company.
  • Filing invoice purchase orders and supplier invoices and etc.

Job Requirements

    • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. Min SPM / Diploma / Degree
    • Candidates with relevant working experience will have added advantage. Min 2 years experience in related field
    • Female Chinese preferred.
    • Familiar with computerized accounting system, preferably SQL

Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of architectural and interior design works.
  • Planning and organizing site activities, scheduling and controlling on progress of work within the budget and etc.
  • Coordinate and monitor sub contractor's progress to meet timeline.
  • To liaise and coordinate work flow closely between subcontractors, projects and other departments.
  • Evaluate, identify and resolve problems at construction sites. Ensuring solution is of good quality,
  • To execute assignment according to work schedule through site proper planning.
  • To identify and prepare variations order for the project.

Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
    • Possess good leadership, strong analytical and organizational skills with ablity to plan and work independently. - At least 2 to 3 years working experience in related field.

HR Cum Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function including recruitment, resolving staff disciplinary issues, review HR policies and procedures and etc.
  • Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirement and HR practice such as employment contract, confirmation, warning, termination, memo, policy and etc.
  • Conduct orientation for new employees and attend to any queries on HR issues.
  • Preparation of monthly reports on HR-related metrics.
  • Manage employee relations and welfare. Responsible for the management and maintenance services of office equipment, building, stationery, company licenses, cleaner schedule, despatch schedule and etc.
  • Assist in technical support for common IT issues include Facebook, company profile, website and etc.
  • Organize and arrange monthly team meeting, company trip, premium gift, hampers, competition, office activities & event include photobook & video.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor/Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
    • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
    • Female Chinese preferred.
    • Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field.
    • Able to work independently and meet deadline.
